The award winning
game of Countdown just got twice as much fun!
Now up to 4 players can play the award winning
game at once. So wait, doesn't that really make
it four times as fun? Well, we're still working
on the math ourselves, but thankfully we have the game
of Countdown to sharpen our math skills! In a
variation to the classic game of Shut the Box, Countdown
helps children with their basic math skills to see how
quickly they can come up with the numbers 1 through
10 by rolling 2 dice. The game starts with all
keys in the downward position. Taking turns, each player roles
the dice to determine which numbered key can be raised
by adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing the numbers on the
dice. If double 6s are rolled, the player must reset
his/her keys back to where they were at the beginning
of the game. If a 5 and 6 are rolled,
the player may either lift the 1 key (as a
result of subtracting 5 from 6) or choose to have
his/her opponent's keys reset. The wooden game box includes
a sliding cover for easy storage. For 2 -
4 Players, Ages 6 and Up.
